Thrive After Baby was created by Alex to support moms going through challenges postpartum. I wanted to give moms the information and resources I wish I had after struggling with postpartum anxiety. I have poured my heart and soul into learning as much as I could from some of the top experts and founders of this field and developed resources to help other parents feel more like themselves again after baby.
